Training Needs Analysis

Let us find out the basic skill levels of your staff. What issues need addressing to allow them to function at a higher level? A good TNA will indicate areas of strength as well as weakness.

 

Documentation

Use QS Southern as an additional resource to call upon when the need arises. It might be to write a procedural manual for use with the various modules in Microsoft Office or it might not be connected with software at all. Perhaps you have existing procedural manuals or other documentation which require proofreading and revision.

 

Other

This could be whatever you need it to be, including the soft skills like effective communication, presentation skills coaching - including "Death by PowerPoint" - and time management; or it might be that you have your own software and need an experienced free-lance trainer to develop and deliver bespoke training courses on your behalf.

In addition to the above, and to the range of Microsoft courses, QS Southern are also equipped and experienced in delivering a wide range of training on the Comino CTX Housing database suite and its associated report writer Eureka used by many Housing Associations.
